This is the first card I made for My Creative Time Designer Challenge. I've been wanting to do this challenge for the longest time, but since I'm a bit challenged when it comes to the world wide web, I haven't been able to do so. Have spent some time to try to upload pictures and I do hope this works...
The challenge is to make a card using the following inspiration: the picture, the color palette or both.
I drew inspiration from the picture mainly and made a birthday shaker card. I created a mini bag and made it looked like sequins were coming out of it. I used the MCT scalloped stitched oval dies to make the shaker cutout and used cellophane plastic to create the shaker and closed the edges using the FUSE from We R Memory Keepers. I embossed the "Happy Birthday" sentiment using bronze embossing powder. The paper pad I used was Boardwalk Sherbet by Craft Smith
You can stuff the bag with gift card. In this case I just left it blank.
You can flatten the bag and mail it flat as pictured below.
